    YES! YES! YES! PLEASE DO ANOTHER WEEK OF CHALLENGES. I wonder if you could give just one alternate in case a body part is injured or has a chronic problem. For example: I know you'll be challenging us with lunges at some point, but I have arthritis under my kneecaps and cannot do lunges. But I really need to strengthen my quads. So if it's not asking too much, I'd appreciate it. If that gets it too complicated, I understand. I'll modify.

    I'll take on 100 push ups in some form or other.

    Yes do another challenge. Have you thought of doing a group. That way everyone can find the topic. And if you want ideas for challenges ones can give them to you.

    i love the mini challenges. i work 70 hours a week, sometimes 16 hours a day, and getting to the gym can be impossible. but i know i can at least fit in a mini challenge, even if i can't get anything else in!!!!

    100 push ups is crazy. but i'm in regardless :)

    This is the first Mini Challenge I have seen :( But Im in for today!!
    I like the comment about making a group for this so its easy to find!
  • Done... 50 regular push ups and the other 50 I did using the bar on the smith machine placed on a lower level.

    Got my 100 in ... 2 sets of 40 inclined 1 set of 20 inclined. Feet raised above shoulder level.

    I still have 4.5 hours left on my work day and expect to do another 50-100 before Im done, just out of sheer bordom.

    I didn't get the 200 calf raises in yesterday- didn't see the thread till last night, and I had already worked out and was tired. I tried. But only got 50. LOL

    But I got a new stability ball today and the push ups are a great way to break it in tonight!
