get rid of muffin-top/love-handle (challenge or group)

hey ladies (and maybe gentlemen...I don't know if you all have this problem),

I have some excess fat that just won't leave my side, so I wanted to try something new, I usually just stick to cardio (running, elliptical, workout videos, etc.) ab workouts (sit ups, crunches, etc.) and free weights, but I ran across these two youtube videos and wanted to see if anyone would join me in doing them EVERYDAY. Yes, it's going to be a commitment, and it might be hard, but I think it's better if there are people you can talk to about and help keep on track with the video. If you just want to do them on your own that's cool...but if anyone wants to make a group/challenge out of it I WOULD LOVE TO GIVE/RECEIVE SUPPORT and just keep each other accountable for actually doing the videos.

    Count me in, muffin top is the biggest problem area for me, we can do it 2gether I'm starting right now.

    Cassey has some wonderful workouts. Just switching up your routine and doing different exercises will help burn more calories because after time your body gets more and more used to the movements. I would suggest following her workout calendar and maybe replacing one of the "good" area days with the muffin top blaster every other week!
