    Body Fat % lowered & almost 40lbs lost.

    Today I am beyond thrilled. Lately I had been feeling a bit frustrated but today I had a wonderful realization that I have come far and I have earned my success. I have earned it with lots of tears, lots of sweat and lots of frustration! But in all of that I have also made more friends and I have discovered my love of Zumba and fitness in general. I am so happy with my success and I look forward to reaching my goal now more then ever. Right now my main priority is getting into a good body fat percentage.

    In this journey I have over come nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, lowered my body fat, lost nearly 40lbs, found my love for fitness and made myself feel confident and beautiful again. I have come to understand that i can and will do this. I have also connected more with my father who has been inspired by my success to lose weight himself. He started off at 495 lbs and has currently lost 35lbs. This is a gigantic step for him too and I have become so happy connecting with him on our similar emotional experiences. This journey has been the best of my life and I love every minute of it! I am half way to my goal but ecstatic to be changing my lifestyle as well.

    I began at 198lbs on November 28 2011 my body fat was 45.4%
    As of today I am 159lbs with a body fat percentage of 37.0%
    I am 5"1'
