so i'm excited to share i just finished running a 5k on the treadmill. this is the first time in well over a month i've been able to run it because of a ligament injury. i have a race next week so i'm trying to get myself ready (started to retrain last week). today was a huge accomplishment for me. ran it in 38.20 minutes. before i injuried myself i was running 3 miles in 31 minutes. i'm still slow but i'll take it!
