So I have them, but have yet to try them! What do you all think of her DVDs?!

I'm on week three of 30DS. I am not typically a DVD workout person, but I thought I'd give it a try since I needed a break from circuit training. I was pleasantly surprised by it and will probably buy another series. It's not all I do for exercise, but it's a nice thing to have for variety and it's good if I need to squeeze in a workout.
I think there is a lot of variation in the perceived difficulty. If you haven't exercised very hard up to this point, you might find it initially challenging. From what I've read, some people have to try the videos a few times before completing the whole 25 minutes. I am pretty fit and workout regularly. I think the workouts are strenuous, but not impossible.
I am an incredibly slow loser, so I haven't lost any weight at all since starting. I have lost a total of 13 inches (bicep, bust, waist, hip, thigh, and calf measurements) in these three weeks and it's obvious that my arms and shoulders are more toned.
