I'm going to be moving back into the dorms this fall and I want to know what kind of DVDs are good for living on the third floor of a building. I don't want to be jumping up and down all the time because then the people who live below me are going to hate me, but I still want at least one, maybe two DVDs I can do in my room when I don't want to go to the gym.

You might consider slim in 6 not a lot of jumping, mostly squats, lunges etc.

Any program that revolves around kettlebell training would be ideal. No impact, no jumping, no noise. Skogg System is the best one IMO.

What kind of stuff do you like to do? Cardio? Or more weight training?

I like Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. The first level uses hand weights and only takes 20 minutes and its quite a work out.

Leslie Sansone's walking DVDs are low impact, no jumping.

talk to your downstairs neighbours. find out when they won't mind you jumping around and exercising.

never sacrifice doing something because it 'might' inconvenience others.

Jillian Michaels No more trouble zones is good if your up to resistance circuit training and can afford to buy a couple of dumbells. Its about 50 minutes but can easily be shortened. Also her Yoga meltdown is not loud at all.
