Low Fiber??

I am currently recovering from a diverticulitis flare and will need to eat a low fiber diet for the next few weeks. I can't eat dairy right now due to my medications. I guess I'm just not feeling very creative as I can't come up with much more than chicken and rice. Does anyone have any favorites or tips if you have been in a similar situation?

    Hmmm ... sorry, I can't help. I work at trying to get enough fiber in! I wish you well with your diverticulitis - hope it's something you can recover from or heal :)
