Has anyone noticed symptoms from using sucralose? I think I have noticed a cluster of symptoms, but not ready to draw conclusions just yet...I've noticed a strong desire for the food containing it, headaches, some digestive issues...

I stopped using it about a year ago, but it is sooo hard because it seems to be in EVERYTHING now??? It is addicting, at least it was to me, from the standpoint that I had to use more and more, not from the standpoint that there was any withdrawal symptoms or anything like that.
I am staying away from anything made in a lab. I have been using pure stevia.

I have it with my coffee...but nothing else.0

It seems to ramp up my anxiety by a lot if I have too much. I also get nauseous and light headed. If I eliminate it entirely, everything goes back to normal. If I have it again, the problems come back. I don't seem to be able to tolerate occasional small amounts without noticeable distress, but I've had such weird issues with it, I try to avoid it altogether.0
