Well done for your great loss so far! Sorry you're suffering. Could be a sign of low blood sugar - do you eat regular small meals or go a long time between?

Be sure you are getting proper fluids-- plenty of water. And a daily vitamin along with foods rich in natural vitamin/mineral. Depending on the severity & frequency you may want to see your doc & explain recent changes in diet & exercise.

I do tend to go a long time between, i get anxious or bust at uni and tend to eat at strange times i know i should do better with having a consistent blood sugar- but the headaches are getting more serious than i have had them before, feeling like a pounding behind my eyes, im thinking maybe my calories are too low i eat usually 1100 - 1300 and i exercise and go to uni. the my BMR calculations come out quite low because im petite, but im thinking i should up it or see a doctor, unless its a normal weight loss feeling
