Where do you lose fat first?

Hey everyone!

Just curious if anyone had a certain "area" where they seemed to lose first.

Face? Stomach? Legs?

For myself it seems to be face first, then stomach, and then hips/legs, and lastly, and unfortunately, arms.

    My butt was the first to go :sad: , then my cheeks, then my stomach and up next my arms. :drinker:

    I loose weight on my legs, face and lower arms which can be annoying because those are the bits people see the most so I get a lot of "eat a burger you're so skinny" from them. You can't see my stomach guys!!

    Lucky! I lose my arm fat last. No matter what I do to them. Eh...its my trouble spot haha

    And most people will tell you to exercise your arms or whatever your trouble bit is which will only increase the size of them when the muscle builds up under the fat!
  • I seem to be losing it around my tummy and my legs first, specially lower legs and ankles etc :) but i do alot of walking which is my main exercise at this time.

    Chest is first, my collar bones are the first to reappear, then face, arms, legs, but and lastly stomach. Considering stomach is the only place I'm unhappy with at the moment this is very frustrating.

    Stomach, then boobs, then arms. I've yet to see any change below the waist, which makes pencil skirts a no no :(

    Fortunately my belly was the first thing to drop noticeably. Although weight loss was obviously a big part in this, I think this might also have had a bit to do with change in diet from a very wheat based diet to almost a wheat free diet.

    Fairly even all over, although my waist has a slight advantage at higher weights, given that it is usually the last to gain, too.

    For me I seem to lose it from my face, boobs then waist. Lose it last where I need to lose it - on stomach, bum & hips!

    Anywhere except the stomach...most of my weight is concentrated in the stomach and my body refuses to give that up; I'm getting thinner everywhere else but the tummy bulge isn't budging.

    My back fat was the first to go. I have kept a lot of my bust and butt though, thank goodness!

    Sadly it first comes off my boobs then my face and then my arms and then everywhere else.

    God clearly is neither a man nor a woman or they would have designed it that boobs don't shrink when losing weight:sad:

    Back and Thighs (which is kinda surpising considering they're still really thick now, but refuse to shrink any further, they were the first to shrink!), then Arms, then very slowly stomach. My boobs did shrink a little, but for the most part remained the same.

    stomach, face, and now im still waiting for the thighs and hips to start moving!
  • Definitely my legs. I look at my legs to tell whether i lost weight or not. Im really short so any weightloss is very obvious for me. After that is my face and stomach :) oh and don't forget the boobs. haha

    Not sure about this time as I gues sit changes over time. It's 6 years since I last lost a significant amount of weight. At that time though it was midriff, chest and then everywhere else.

    This time, I've only lost 14 pounds so far, but it seems to be going from my midriff again. Good - I can almost see the end of my toes LOL.
