  • Just made it! Soooo yummy! My kids were a little hesitant but loved the end result.

We have so much zucchini that I am almost getting sick of the flavor, but this was wonderful!

That's a great result :) glad you enjoyed it! Zuchinni is pretty cheap too so it's an all round winner :)

also, i'm seeing people cooking it, but i only add a little salt and then squeeze the water out of it, fluff and top. it's a raw meal for us.

I did make this a few days ago and yes it is Awesome! added 4oz of chicken, mushrooms & onions and 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce! Thanks for sharing
  • Bump! Thanks for the recipe! I think I'll go out and get some zucchinis today so I can make this for dinner tonight!
  • SO. I made this like I stated above. I used a peeler to cut the zucchini into strips and put it in a large pan and sauteed it on medium and then seasoned it with onion powder, garlic powder, a little salt, and a little accent seasoning. I also added in one smallish pork chop that i seasoned with salt and pepper. After it was finished i put a little parm on top of all of it. My parents and I loved it! It is SO healthy and SO delicious! Super easy to make too. I'm adding this to my recipe book.
