Here we go, another diet, another set of resolutions. I am great at self sabotaging, let's see of I can stick to it this time and not let family life interfere with my goals. How about you?

    I am also pretty good about self sabotaging... but we can do this! even if we fall here and there, as long as we keep getting back up, that's the most important thing! :D Keep at it hon! :D

    Don't give up. I never thought I would change the way I see food, but here I am 26 days later and 10 pounds gone already. I have given up my soda addiction and have changed so many of my habits. The key is to log every single thing you eat and look at your fast food calories before you eat them. Good luck on your journey!
