    Do they brown if you peel them before freezing?
    I have always just chucked the whole bunch in the freezer and then having to peel when I want it, which can be a massive numbing pain in the. May have to start peeling and then freezing if it doesn't effect them badly in anyway?

    I like them sliced and frozen or mash them up and put in individual containers to be used in frozen smoothies!

    Cut them into slices and put them in plastic bags. Freeze them. When you are ready, you can blend them in a food processor or blender with a little bit of milk and make "Banana ice cream" with them. Yum!

    I always peel, slice and freeze and they never turn brown on me. Put them in a plastic bag, then wrap in freezer paper to prevent freezer burn.

    They don't brown when you freeze them...
