Why can't maintain weight loss with just diet???
Once I fall off the workout band wagon, I gain the weight back. Is working out going to be the rest of my life.
I was at 152 and lost 12 lbs 5 months ago. The last 5 months I've been to busy to "workout" but still stayed in my calorie range. I've gained 5 lbs back... What Gives?

Calorie ranges are based on averages, you are probably much more effecient in your calorie usage than the average person. Try reducing your calories by 3500 per month (~900 week) and that should eliminate your 1lb/month gain.0

Thanks for the advice... I currently eat around 1200 a month. Won't I starve my system by cutting back?0

I currently eat around 1200 a month.
Assume you mean a day ?
Can't possibly be putting on weight if you eat 1200 calories a day unless you are extremely small i.e under 5 feet and small built. Are you sure you are not under counting ?0 -
I would focus on really tracking. If you are gaining a pound a month, it is unlikely you are going to starve.0
