Just finished...I did it as 100 standard crunches broken into 2 sets of 50 and 50 reverse crunches broken into 2 sets of 25!!0 -
Yep I've been to the gym, walked home but just seen this challenge! i am in ! Just watching Biggest Loserr USA for some motivation while I do them :-) :laugh:0

Ok, i can do that! (short ones so I don't hurt my back any extra, though)

150 seated (resisted) abdominal crunches on bowfelx with 20# resistance completed....felt great but guess I will feel it later!!0
