and DONE! 3 sets of 50. I haven't done a crunch since high school so it wasn't easy but feels great! I think I'll start doing it every day!0

Surprised to see so many people can do 150 crunches in one day. Thats tough!. If I will do more than 40 I will have cramps in my belly and it gets painful.0 -
