    This is amazing!..because of you I just started searching for Jillian Michaels workouts..gave myself 4 months to lose 40 lbs..and it doesnt seem like its happening. So with a month and a half to go, I am gonna start Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (that would surely get me close if not there :) I have roughly 20 more lbs to lose!

    Thank you for sharing how you've done it so far and it gives me hope tht I can achieve great things too. Been struggling so much with stress eating and issues however maybe this post and what you've done is the kick in the pants I needed today to stay focused on my goals. Just signed up for a 90 day challenge at my gym and when I see what you've done in almost 90 days I have a renewed motivation for my success.

    Thank you so much for all the positive responses.....Like I mentioned today I went shopping & rewarded myself for getting halfway to my goal.....treated myself to some goodies from Victoria's Secret & a new pair of shades (I can honestly say it felt sooooo good to finally be able to walk into V.Secrets & find clothing items that fit.....that was definately a NSV for me :)
