SSS Challenge - Starts Today!!!

Good morning everyone.
The Sexy and Slim Summer Challenge starts today.
Are you ready to lose 15 pounds with me?
Here are the details:
The Goal: To lose 15 pounds in 6 weeks
Start date: Monday, July 16th
End date: Monday, August 27th
Weigh in days are Monday!
Copy and paste this in your reply. I will post every Monday.
Starting weight (July 16): 163.4
1st week weight (July 23):
2nd week weight (July 30):
3rd week weight (August 6):
4th week weight (August 13):
5th week weight (August 20):
6th week weight (August 27):
Total Weight lost:
Here are some tips that I will also be following over the next 6 weeks:
Try to stick to your calories every day. Try to track every single day even if you slip. This will keep you accountable.
If you want something bad enough work for it. For example - last night I really wanted pizza so I did two hard work out classes so I had enough calories for it.
If you fall off the wagon pick yourself up and get right back on. Don't let a cheat meal turn into a cheat weekend or a cheat weekend turn into a cheat week.
Think positive. Don't say you are going to try this challenge. Say you are going to rock this challenge! We WILL lose 15 pounds over the next 6 weeks.
I don't know about you, but I am tired of talking about losing weight. Tired of complaining about it. Tired of feeling bad about it. It is time to do something about it.
