Best exercise to burn 200 calories?

Okay so i've gone over 196 on my calories and i really want to burn off this 200 to be under my limit. Whats a good exercise?

I walk on the treadmill for 30 mins and burn 288 calories. I adjust the incline now and then.0

I walk on the treadmill with the incline at 8.5 or greater, walk at a pace of 4.0 or greater (if you can manage) while holding 2lb-5lb weights. Do this for 20-30 mins. OR jump on th elliptical for 20-30 mins.0

Elliptical - 10 calories a minute - 20 minutes = 200 calories0

I found my biggest burns come from jogging, rowing or jumping jacks. If I push it I'll burn about 100 calories in 10 minutes0

Run a couple miles.
20 minutes on a stairmaster or ellipitical at a sufficiently challenging level should also get you there!0 -

Keep in mind that everyone's calorie burns are completely different and are based on heart rate, not time or intensity. If you're significantly overweight you can burn 200 calories much faster than you can when you're slimmer/in shape.0

run, walk, bike, circuit training, basketball, inline skating, swim laps, dance/zumba, pilates/yoga if your looking for a longer, less intense workout
jumping rope will get you there in about 20 mins or so0 -
