I was calculatin my BMI and BMR and I'm supposed to eat 2002 cal a day if I want to maintain my current weight.I'm 142lbs and 5'4 I dont think I'm eating all those calories plus I'm breastfeeding which also burns calories. I'm losing 1 - 1 1/2 lbs each month (trying to lose the last few lbs). Does these numbers make sense? or maybe I calculated this wrong :-(
According to me I'm eating 1500-1800 cal a day

Its exactly right... 1500 to 1800 a day when needing 2000 a day means at max 500 a day loss which is 3500 a week which is 1 pound. Additionally, breast feeding will result in weight loss as mother's milk isn't exactly lighter than air.0
