Hi, I am rhona, I have been on the 1400 calories now for 2 plus weeks and not losing any weight, I have though lost inches, think I will go down to 1300, and see if that helps, if not I will go up to 1500.

Don't cut your intake too short. Remember, weight loss takes time. Cutting inches is GREAT! (:0

Muscle weighs more than fat..
As long as you are cutting inches just keep doing what you are doing :-)0 -
Give It more than 2 weeks. Its takes time. A little at a time is the right way to lose! Keep it up!!0

I didn't loose my 1st pound til my third week. Now I'm loosing 1 lb a week steady. I am also at 1400. Give your body a little time to adjust to the new routine.0
