    Really excited :-) It's exciting to think that I could be 15 lbs lighter by the end of August! This will be perfect, a few days before I'll be moving back into my apartment at school and I can feel really good about accomplishing this when I start classes again.

    Back on the "wagon" and started 30 day shred this morning with my daughter. She is 18, plays multiple sports & weighs all of 130 but she was struggling more than I was :) She learned fitness is not all about pants size!!

    Ready to meet this challenge head on and move on to the next!!

    My normal WI day has been Saturday mornings. But I Don't think what will be a problem, if anything it will help me to be good during the weekends. :wink:

    I don't mean to be the naysayer of the group, but isn't 15lbs in 6 weeks a tad excessive? If MFP has some of us set up to lose 2lbs per week, that's a total of 12lbs or 6 to 9lbs for those that are on a 1lb or 1.5lb loss per week. Don't get me wrong, I'm up for the challenge and it seems to be just what I need to get motivated, but I'm just wondering if we're setting ourselves up to fail! Oops, I said the F-word :laugh: Sorry, just trying to be a little realistic.
