To Cheesecake or not to cheesecake?!?

Hmmm..... I have over 1,000 calories left and I haven't had dinner yet. I'm not really THAT hungry and could probably go without, BUT I have a piece of cheesecake from chilis in the fridge that's 700 calories. Shall I go for it??

    sure but eat a light dinner too. Get some nutrients.
  • Nothing is better than going to bed knowing you did not eat the cheesecake. Skip on the guilt and feel good about yourself. Eat some fruit. Even a skinny cow ice cream sandwich is 140 cals. You need better desserts.

    UUUUUUGGHHHH Nevermind. There WAS cheesecake in my refridgerator but apparently it didn't make it through the day.

    You don't need to eat the whole thing.
    Usually I will cut it in half or just have a spoonful
    to calm my cravings. It helps me not to cheat later
    on during the day. =)
