To Cheesecake or not to cheesecake?!?

Hmmm..... I have over 1,000 calories left and I haven't had dinner yet. I'm not really THAT hungry and could probably go without, BUT I have a piece of cheesecake from chilis in the fridge that's 700 calories. Shall I go for it??

sure but eat a light dinner too. Get some nutrients.
  • Nothing is better than going to bed knowing you did not eat the cheesecake. Skip on the guilt and feel good about yourself. Eat some fruit. Even a skinny cow ice cream sandwich is 140 cals. You need better desserts.

You don't need to eat the whole thing.
Usually I will cut it in half or just have a spoonful
to calm my cravings. It helps me not to cheat later
    on during the day. =)
