I'm just getting started on reaching my goal of losing 25 pounds and it would be great to have friends to keep me motivated!

    I am new as well and would absolutely LOVE some friendly support. I am a mother of three girls (11, 9, and 3), a teacher (elementary special education), and a wife (married for 13 years). My husband is a health nut and is actually taking protein powder to GAIN weight! I need to lose 77 pounds or more and am realizing that the older and busier I get, the more difficult it is. I used to be as fit as a fiddle, but my inactive lifestyle and love of food is catching up with me....fast! HELP!!

    Me too! My goal is to lose 30lbs and I've been trying to lose these 30lbs for a while and have no success b/c i always give up. Even right now I don't REALLY want to post on here b/c i don't REALLY want you guys to keep me accountable because it's easier to just hide and not really do it. But, I have to stop making excuses.

    New user as well. I need more support and motivation to help keep me going. With 4 kids and a career, it's too easy for me to lose focus and fall off track. My ultimate goal is to lose about 67-77 pounds over all and to be healthy. I have PCOS and it's been a struggle losing weight. I want OFF of the meds! Add me!

    Hi I am new also I need to lose 60 pounds to reach my Ideal weight :smile: my first goa; was to quite drinking pops I was drinking about 6 to 8 a day a week ago I stoped drink pop on vacation did lose any weight but I have lost the Dr. Peppers it been a week to date since i had one
  • I am not new to myfitesspal but I just keep on falling off the wagon! I could use some cheering myself. We recently moved a million miles away from everyone I know and have no one here to help motivate me. I would like to lose 25 but ultimately more like 40 lbs to be where I really want to be to pre-baby weight. I am here for you if you need me. =)
