After a difficult 3 weeks and now weighing more than i did when i joined (i'm still fairly new to this), i've got my self back on track but would really love some support from other members so i hopefully dont make the same mistakes twice, please feel free to add me if you think you can offer me some much needed support and vice versa! superwoman25

    I need to lose 84 pounds, and I just joined last week. This program is very sensible, but I did notice that I have to really watch the portions as described in the search for a food mode. It has helped me to cut down to more reasonable portions and I log what exercise I can get.

    You can do this for yourself one day at a time! Become a water drinker and experience how much more energy you have. You have nothing to lose but ill health and discomfort and everything to gain in enjoying good health and self-confidence. Don't give up! Every step you take you can leave a little bit of unhealthy weight behind and move forward to the life you want for yourself. Go for it! Don't let anything stop you!
