Within 200 cals </> daily goal.
Macros close to nailed.
Sodium <2500mg.
Plenty of fruit, veggies, and lean protein.
Water glass overflowing.
Some exercise earned.0 -
What food would it have? x0

A great salad with lots of different veggies. parmesan coated tilapia one bread stick and a bowl of mixed fruit. yum0

Breakfast:
scrambled egg, whole grain waffle with blueberries, 2 strips of bacon, reduced sugar oj and a banana.
mid morning snack - 3 cups of cherries and a handful of pecans and some green tea
lunch: grilled avocado and skim ricotta tomato mini pitas, with a salad and a hard boiled egg
afternoon snack: triscuits and hummus and grape tomatoes
dinner: steak, asparagus, mashed potatoes (with tiny bits of bacon instead of butter or gravy) and a glass of wine
dessert: ice cold strawberries and blueberries with lite cool whip.
