Although I know BMI does not paint a complete picture of health I am extremely happy that at my weigh in yesterday I am now in the normal BMI range! It's been years.
Still have some work to do but this is definitely a mental victory.

That's great!! You're right, it's not a completely accurate snapshot of health, but it still feels great to see it go down.
