I just ordered my dvd off of Amazon using my Discover card points, so it was free! Can't wait to get it! What got me was that it's only 25 minute workout rather than the dreaded eternity videos of P90X, lol! I hope to post results after my first day or so! For now, I'll just be jogging in the park

Did you check to see if you get an instant streaming copy? I ordered mine yesterday but was itching to try it and realized it gave me a free instant streaming copy so I used that on the computer this morning I think it's only if you buy direct from Amazon though.0 -
I just started it today! I did it once before but only made it to day 15, but honestly at day 15 I was feeling so much better and was down 13lbs. Unfortunately day 16 at the time was Thanksgiving so I stopped doing it lol. But I am trying again and want to finish it this time. Did any of you take before pictures?
I meant to do before pictures and measurements but at 5:30am completely spaced out on it. I'm planning to do some tonight so I can keep track and would love to hear everyone else's progress as well!0 -
I would love to join! I've heard conflicting comments about the workout program and although I purchased the dvd months ago, I still haven't opened the package! I promised myself that I would start next week, but no sense putting it off! I may as well get started today!0

I just started for the 2nd time yesterday, I do mine in the evening. The first time I went 25 days straight, with one sick day and, I skipped 4 days of level 1 (so I could finish before vacation). I took 2 weeks off for vacation and started again yesterday, to my suprise level one seemed easy0

I just started the 30 day shred today and I decided that I am gonna do two workouts in one day.
1st 6 days level one workout 2x a day
1 day off
Next 5 days Level one workout 1x and level 2 workout
1 day off.
Next 6 days level 2 workout 2x
1 day off
Next 6 days level 2 work 1x and level 3 1x
1 day off

Today is day 3 of the 30 day shred. I am hoping to see some results rather quickly. I am very sore, but I am trying to push through!

I would like to join you during the next 30 days. I bought my video a couple of weeks ago but have not made the effort to set aside the time to do it. I am glad to hear that others are having success and hopefully I will be able to say the same at the end!0

I did day 5 level one today and then I jumped on my elyptical for 20 minutes. I was sweating like mad when I was done but I felt so energized and proud of myself! Great way to start my day! I'm going to do it every day until I feel I'm done . . may take me a few more than 30 but I'll get there! hope I get good results!

Just did day 5 of Level 1 today! Not sure if I'm going to give myself a rest day. I'm afraid if I take a day off I'll quit.
I'm feeling great so far though my arms don't hurt as bad as they did. The anterior raises and side lunges are the hardest for me to do every move still, and the jumprope I despise. But I'm almost able to keep up the whole time. Knowing I can do more and more every day gives me motivation to do another day.0 -

I did lv 1 2 weeks ago. Went 4 days and then the 4th and company happened.
I restarted yesterday, did day 2 today. Hoping this time I can finish it. It gets hard for me to do the jumping rope and jumping jacks but I modify it. I can't wait until I can do an actual push up either.

I just started on Monday. It's amazing the difference a good bra makes if you're busty. I forgot to put my compression bra on before I started the DVD, attempted to do the jumping jacks and thought "Dang! I'm not ready yet!" I tried Then I remembered that I was going to try doubling up on sports bras and oh, wow. I'm not going to pretend to love the jumping jacks but the whole routine became a lot more pleasant.0

Im on day 3 today, nearly didnt do day 2 as my thighs were killing.Felt much better after and alot better today.I know your supposed to stick with the level until your comfy then move on but im worried i will be on level 1 at 30 days.lol0

Did day 1 this morning....can't do a proper jumping jack to save my life! Did a modified jumping jack and going to practice throughout the day, every day, to get it right!

What are you ladies counting the 20 min workout as on your calorie counter? I was thinking Aerobics (general) or actually breakdown the individual minutes of each different exercise. What are you doing to log it?0
