Who says you have to eat your favorite chicken salad on white bread, toasted or plain? Tortillas and pita pockets are a great low fat alternative!

2 cups cooked chicken, chopped into small pieces
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup red grapes, halved and seeded
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped and roasted
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp dried dill (or 1 tbsp fresh)
1 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Refridgerate the salad for at least one hour before serving.

I tried a new chicken spread the other day that's very good and very low cal.....1 can chicken breast and you mix that with a half container of red pepper hummis with a bit of chopped celery, spread on whole wheat sandwich rounds its only 210 in calories. Also great on a whole wheat tortilla(.2oz chicken is 60 cal and the hummis for 2TB 50 cal.) ENJOY!!!!!!:
