Hey! So I've been lurking on the forums for a while and lately I've been posting a bit and it's really helped me get even more motivated. I'm looking for friends who have a similar goal of getting under 20% body fat! I love working out though I'm not part of a gym (I live in rural Japan). My goal is not necessarily to lose weight but just to lose fat. Is there anyone else out there who has a similar goal?

I'm 172cm/5"7", 59kg/130lb and I'd estimate about 22% BF though I'm going to check this weekend. I hope I can meet some other like minded friends!! I need some motivation! :) I'm happy to be friends wih anyone though since seein others reaching their goal is really inspiring!

I'm trying to dip back in to the teens myself. I had a shoulder and hip injury and couldn't workout for a long time. I stayed in shape by eating healthy, but my BF has gone up.
  • Great! Yeah I have no excuse haha. I'm always away from home on the weekend so that's what kills me. Are you a certified nutritionist? When I return to the States I'm going back to school to become a dietitian so I was curious :)

Yes I'm a Certified Nutritionist. I'm in school pursuing my MS in Nutrition Science as well. I call it drive by medical school. I learned alot more about anatomy and physiology than I ever expected. But it has been an exciting new career!
  • That's so awesome! I can't wait to go back :)

I'm 5'2", 54.5kg (120-121) lbs. & according to fat2fit radio, my body fat is at 22% while in others it says 20-21%. I hate seeing those 20's & my goal is to be 17%.
