I like this
blistered cherry tomatoes
-2 teaspoons butter
-1 teaspoon dried basil
-1 pint cherry tomatoes
-1/2 teaspoon white sugar
directions
melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the cherry tomatoes, basil, and sugar.
Cook for about 30 seconds, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
continue cooking for a few more seconds until the tomatoes have just started to blister.
voila just 36 calories per serving
thats a 4 serving recipie
I dont bother with the salt because I have to limit my sodium
Hope you enjoy0 -

Try this: Bag of frozen cauliflower: 1TBSP Brummel and Brown Butter nonfat yogurt: 2 wedges Laughing Cow Garlic and Herb Cheese- Boil cauliflower until soft, drain water add butter and wedges of cheese, season with dash of sea salt and course ground black pepper. Mash together with a potato masher. Just like mashed potatoes. The taste is really yummy. Even my teens that come over like it. One bag makes 3 servings and I put it in the recipe builder here on MFP, it is 54 calories a serving0
