    Friday 7/13 -- 50 Burpees>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Tried, but failed because of my back. Discovered a different way of doing them that's not so hard on my back, so......DONE!
    Saturday 7/14 -- 100 Leg Lifts (50 on each leg)>>>>DONE! (100 on both legs)
    Sunday 7/15 -- 100 situps>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Can't do situps because of my back, so I did 500 crunches instead.
    Monday 7/16 -- 100 squats>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>DONE w/10 lb weights!
    Tuesday 7/17 -- 150 crunches

    It's been a long 7 days, but I'm done!!


    Wed 7/11 -- 100 pushups.........................................DONE
    Thurs 7/12 -- 100 Jumping Jacks...........................DONE
    Fri 7/13 -- 50 Burpees...............................................FAILED! Only did 30
    Sat 7/14 -- 100 Leg Lifts (50 on each leg).............DONE
    Sun 7/15 -- 100 situps...............................................DONE, but on 7/16/12
    Mon 7/16 -- 100 squats.............................................DONE
    Tue 7/17 -- 150 crunches........................................DONE
