I'll keep this short so I can get back to giving the attention rather than gathering it . . .

I joined MFP in January this year so it's been 6 months for me since I decided enough was enough. Over the weekend I reached one of my mini-goals and I recently passed 190 days of continuous logging so I decided to give a progress report to all my AMAZING friends. Without you guys I would have failed miserably. I can hear the simultaneous *GASP* right now as you all figure out that I'm actually posting something serious. Mwahzzzz to you all.

I'm 35 years old, 5'6" tall and my starting weight when I joined MFP was 190 lbs. At my heaviest, I weighed 195 in the spring of 2011. But we'll only consider what I've done since joining the site.

Here's my breakdown:

pounds lost: 35
body fat %: down 9.7%
inches lost: 15.5 (neck, waist, hips & upper thighs)
self image struggle: improving every . damn . day.
