What are your top 3 favorite songs when working out?
Do you listen to a different style of music depending on what you're doing?
I usually stick with metal, punk, hardcore, ska, dupstep, electro, pop-punk. Anything with a fun, hard and fast beat.
No real favorites at the moment, I just throw my ipod on shuffle.

Angry, loud, heavy music works for me. A mix of artists like Eminem, Rammstein, and the heavier songs from my other favorite (rock) artists. I prefer music with as few "lulls" as possible. I tried dubstep at the gym for a while, but only really drew motivation from the big drops, and you know for every drop there's a long, boring build-up...
I like to feel like I'm in the movie 300 when I work out0
