The reason I say UK, is because I like looking at the food diarys and getting inspiration for my Tesco shop!

24 Years Old
5'10"
Current weight: 151.5lbs (10st 11.5lb)
Goal Weigh: 150lbs (10st 0lb)
I am currently training for my first 10k race on Sunday and a half marathon in October.
My diary is open to friends.
I'd love to regularly 'talk' to some people in similar circumstances to me.

Hey I'm in the Uk and do running but I've only done a 5k race and aiming to run the whole 5k without walking any (nearly there) also I'm quite a shorty at 5'4...
Plan on doing a 10k race next year0 -
Hey! I am 6ft 1. 180 pounds. 21% body fat: very very athletic. haha build muscle like a man :sad:
But i love running and run everyday for at least 5 km. Mainly on a treadmill cause i like to use it in conjunction with weights.

Hi, I'm either 5"7.5 or 5"8 depending on the tape measure! Currently on week 2 of C25K. I shop at tescos for my sins. I've just started adding recipes but have not made them public yet. Will do now.0

Hi i am joy I am in Doncaster south yorkshire. I run, i have done a half marathon in may, doing a 10k on saturday, 10k in september and a marathon in october. Feel free to add me my diary is open and i log every day. I workout most days but have been busy at work this week and kids school stuff so a bit short on time.0
