    I haven't lost enough weight to know yet, but I would know when my close are looser and more comfortable and when I don't get tired out doing routine things, like getting ready every morning.

    I have also noticed I can do this wIthout problems :D
    Plus all my fat pants I have to wear a belt with
    I can have a towel wrapped all the way around me after showers
    I got into some of my old shirts that fits me now!
    I can paint my toe nails with out having problems
    I get full a lot faster now
    People saying that I look good/ lost weight comments
    Old pic of me my face before looks more full than it is now!

    Yesterday at work I got two complaints about my work clothes...being way to big and looking bad. LOL Honestly if I lose another a inch or so from my butt-I'm screwed, I will have my pants around my ankles. lol Time to buy a belt, I'm not buying new pants till absolutely have to! I am looking forward to the day I can go shopping and buy in the teens (14,16,18) instead of the 24 I am right now (but that is falling off of me. lol)

    seriously, I need to buy new underwear, the other day it was only because I was wearing trousers that I did not need to step out of them and walk away like nothing happened

    This happened to me just the other day almost 100° in NYC no A/C. I thought walking around the house in as little as possible, but suddenly it was less.
