nearly 30lbs down and ONEderland hit!

Hi all
My name is Abby.
My starting weight was 227.6 and my current weight is 198.2. I am 5'0
I have lost 29.4 pounds and 24.75 inches.
On August 4 it will be 6 months.
I am no where near being done, but I feel like I've come a long way!
