OK dinos I am going to go for it!!!! I am adding tonites 11 mile bike ride after my morning walk and my JMBR workout this afternoon! I had to eat a lot of flying bugs tonite but I will hit 3000 miles THIS month! Thank you for the encouragement!!!!

How happy am I right now!! I have just gone through the target I set myself for the month :happy:
My target was 150km on my bike and I've just done 14 km this afternoon which has taken me to 152km for the month.........so far!!
When I set the target I was sceptical I would reach it as I knew what a busy month was lying ahead for me. I'm really pleased that this challenge has helped me to make sure I go on my bike every opportunity I have had.
With 13 days of the month left, I'm certain I can get passed the 200km mark :happy:
