Okay, so I am sort of new to posting but today I jogged a full on mile!
I've been having some issues with week 5 of the C25K so today I decided I would just get out there and try to jog for an entire mile...and I DID IT! WHOOP
Time: 12:50
Hopefully this gives me motivation to push through with week 5!
Just thought I would share

I'm on week 5 as well of the C25K, and I'm really loving it. I decided to push myself last week and finally broke that mile mark, so I know how great it feels! Congrats you should be proud. Feel free to add me!0

Way to go, totally fantastic NSV. I am on week 1 of C25K (day 3 run tomorrow) and it gives me hope that I can go the full mile when I'm in the later weeks also!

I probably should. I am currently only looking with Nike+ but dailymile sounds nice. I'll look into it! thanks!0 -
That was me not too long ago. I remember thinking that I hadn't ran that far since little league where I failed to run out a base hit and touch the first base bag despite being clearly thrown out and had to do laps around the entire park. I'm 42 BTW.
You will get to the point where you run a mile just to warm up before your other carido/weight training. Congratulations!!0 -
