What is your Take-it-easy Exercise?

While I love a good self-made kick in the *kitten* on a regular basis, there are days when my body needs a break! But my mantra is to ALWAYS MAKE AN EFFORT. What do you do as a "break" from kicking your own *kitten* when you still want to burn some calories and feel great?

Walking, coastal walking if I'm really treating myself ... sea air, can't beat it.

Walk or bike ride. Or picking a book up and reading it lazily on the couch. :)

Funny, I was just thinking about what I was going to do today to take it easy but still have a little calorie burn. I may either choose the recumbent bike or elliptical depending on how I feel after work. Then maybe some ab work.

I am just getting started, so my rest day is consisting of stretching my major muscles to remind them that they still work for me!

Well, typically I do hatha yoga, but today I walked for 30 min. and now I'm adding some jumping jacks with frequent breaks for easy cardio.

Oh... and later I'm giving my dogs a bath... but not until their done with their Yoga!
