While I love a good self-made kick in the *kitten* on a regular basis, there are days when my body needs a break! But my mantra is to ALWAYS MAKE AN EFFORT. What do you do as a "break" from kicking your own *kitten* when you still want to burn some calories and feel great?

Funny, I was just thinking about what I was going to do today to take it easy but still have a little calorie burn. I may either choose the recumbent bike or elliptical depending on how I feel after work. Then maybe some ab work.0

Well, typically I do hatha yoga, but today I walked for 30 min. and now I'm adding some jumping jacks with frequent breaks for easy cardio.
Oh... and later I'm giving my dogs a bath... but not until their done with their Yoga! :laugh:0
