Hey Guys,
I started My fitness pal in May with slow progress so far. I started to lose before I added the app on my phone. Im trying to meet goal by the end of October(thats more than enough time) I would appreciate any food or excerise advice you have. I work out, 4-5 times a week (kickboxing, running stairs, or walking) Im now determined to stay focus and get things rolling. Taking any help. Should I do supplements? Im so unsure right now. Im 163, was almost 170 before mfp. GW: 150-145

there's not much I can say it seems that you are on the right path, and remember that weightloss doesn't happen overnight... it is also a little bit more harder to lose when you're closer to your healthy weight.. Add me if you'd like, we can work through this together!0
