Wow! What a pathetic 2.47 miles run this morning! :sad: :frown: I felt like my feet weighted 50 pounds!!! Oh well, I went out there and moved my @ss, so I guess that's what counts.... :ohwell:
@ speedy -- a wise woman once told me what matters is that you moved. As long as you're moving it's never pathetic.
I just tracked my miles for the day walking around the city between my errands and realized I put in 5 miles. How great is that when I thought it was going to be a wasted day when it comes to moving.
