New To MFP!

HI!
I have been online for about 3 weeks now and thought I could do it without encouragement but I find myself skipping days and my weight has been fluctuating. I am up to a 7lb loss, which is awesome, but I need to keep it off!
For the past couple of weeks I have only been paying attention to the calorie intake on MFP and not the carb/sugar/protein intake. Any tips are welcomed and appreciated. I haven't really toured the site completely, is there a recipe section?
