Hi All,
Is there a tool that will suggest what I might want to eat in order to attain my calorie and fat/protein/carb goal for the day? I could stop by the store on the way home and get it if I knew some suggestions . . .
Thanks
Lynn

I don't know of a specific tool, but in your food diary, you can add in food, see if it fits in with your calries/nutrients. Then remove item if you don't eat it. I do this in advance on days that I pre-plan my meals. Also, you can search through the food database and it shows you the nutrition information.0

Just thought that there might be another easier way.
Thanks Alice!!0
