So today is my first day. Just beasted the gym and here is what I achieved -
Weights -
Lat Pull Downs (Biceps)
Reps -14 x 25kg
Sets - 3
Lat Pull Downs (Triceps)
Reps - 14 x 25kg
Sets - 3
Vertical Traction (Biceps)
Reps - 12 x 30kg
Sets - 3
Arm Extension (Biceps)
Reps 12 x 25kg
Sets - 3
Cardio -
16 mins on Cross Trainer. 157 cals burnt.
30 mins Swim. Moderate speed. No stops apart from turning.
Pretty pleased with this. Just another 3 days to go, got 6 days to play with so should hit this target of 4 times a week no problem.
Does this look like a decent workout, bear in mind Its my first day haha!

26 mins Swim. Moderate speed. No stops apart from turning.
Ate good as well so all going good so far!0
