I happen to like Good Earth Sweet & Spicy Herbal Tea. I would like to try some others, but I'm not crazy about buying a whole box and being stuck with something horrible. So what does everyone like?

I've really gotten into cinnamon sticks boiled in water and then iced. Okay, so its not a brand, but its super good and doesn't need anything added to it. I don't really know what the proportions are....usually I just eyeball it.

  • I love everything from Adagio teas, especially peppermint.
  • Yogi Blueberry Slimlife Green Tea. I dunno if it's actually an appetite suppressant...but who cares! I think it's tasty.

I'm loving Stash jasmine green tea right now. I do one bag of that and one of regular black tea for a jug of iced tea.

Zhena's Gypsy Tea (free trade, organic, and they have a large variety). Particular faves are the Ambrosia Plum white tea, the Egyptian Mint Green Tea, and for evenings, they have a non-caffienated Red Lavender tea with rooibos, which I am absolutely crazy about.

I will drink Tetly if I have to......but I have a loose leaf tea addiction. We have an entire shelf of loose leaf teas...whites, blacks, roobios, herbals, greens... Love my teas!

I second PG Tips. I'll drink Tetley or Ringtons too though and the very occasional Earl/Lady Grey. I also quite enjoy Twinnings Fennel tea - really helps for indigestion.

The ABSOLUTE (subjective I know) best tea sourced from China is Phoenix Tea by David Hoffman. David is one of the main reasons we in the west have access to teas which were considered secret or sacred for millenia. David works with tea farmers in China and tries his best to eliminate or reduce the meddling of less than ethical tea distributors. There is a documentary on Netflix called All In This Tea - an absolute must for tea lovers. I have had David's Silver Needle White and Tieguanyin Monkey Picked Oolong and both are absolutely dreamy. Both are also very expensive so I can only order very small amounts; however, they leaves stand up to 4 or 5 steepings easily.
As for black tea, I prefer a pure Assam. Mark T. Wendell does some lovely Assams and Irish Breakfasts and are not terribly expensive black teas. There is a wonderful website called Teaviews.com where people rate teas by type or brand. They also list the highest rated teas by type and the highest rated companies. I just received an order of Verdant Teas to try.
    Enjoy!
  • I like Bigelow Fruit tea samplers...get lots of different flavors.

Celestial Seasonings...I stock up on their "Gingerbread" and "Sugar Cookie" flavors when the holidays roll around - amazing.

Also, any of the Yogi teas. I liked the skin detox tea, it really helped my face chill out.
