    Best part of Europe and North America in one place. I love this city :D Winters aren't as bad as they used to be and the summers are great :) So is fall.

    Hello!
    My name is Kim - I`m 41, going to be 42 in a few months, and I'm trying to lose weight for the hundredth time! I know this time around that it's about changing habits and adopting a new lifestyle, so I`m hoping it will work out better for me.

    I'm from Canada too - more specifically, Ottawa - and we're enjoying some beautiful weather here this summer, so this is motivation to walk and jog outdoors!
    I`m looking forward to getting to know you all better as we track our weight loss and celebrate our successes!
