Real food and actually cooking. Fresh vegies on hand to cook every night, eggs, wholemeal bread ( I used to so dislike that bread haha ) a whole new approach to using the kitchen :) I'm loving it :)
New frypans and pots to match my new way of eating :)
The cupboards now hold healthy food instead of quick meal ideas.

The giant tub of protein powder and my blender stay on the sink rather than in the cupboard - back at lifting and love the shakes with fruit and some almond milk blended with the chocolate powder :)

The biggest change in my kitchen is that I am actually in there ;-) I do a lot more cooking since starting this. I also notice that my measuring cups and spoons are constantly being washed. Good luck on your journey!!!

Food Scale (I love you, my honest friend)
    Buying bacon in bulk
    Buying real butter
Eating more veggies, so I'm discovering new ways to prepare them
    More dirty dishes

In my computer room there are less Sonic Styrofoam cups and more cups of stagnant water. I know, I'm a mess.

there are many many more fresh foods, and it's mostly organic. I actually read labels now, and put a lot of things that "look" good back on the shelf at the grocery store before the bad foods make it into my kitchen.

My kitchen is actually being used!!
My fridge holds FOOD (mostly vegetables and salads) - not wine and beer :-)
Scales takes pride of place on the kitchen counter
I eat from plates (not takeaway containers)
and therefore Dishwashing powder is now a regular item on my shopping list.....

There is less food in my pantry, hardly any if no canned vegetables and no boxed meals or rice.

I have added a lot of fresh produce, I have just about every Mrs. Dash seasoning, and Greek Yogurt, Quinoa, Hummus, and Egg White Beaters are now staples on my grocery list.

We have lots more healthy choices in the house than we do "junk" food. Today I had to run to the store to pick up some stuff that we had finished: blueberries (and I had to buy a huge thing because the kids and I eat them), bananas, cherries, chicken breasts for dinner and some other non-food items. I only didn't have to replenish veggies because my Dad just gave me two huge boxes from his garden on Tuesday. I'm going to see him on Saturday too, so I can get even more then.

The other change I'm noticing - I actually am finishing up fruits and veggies instead of tossing them when they go bad (they are gone before they could even go bad!). I am running out of lettuce at least once a week! Lettuce!

Measuring cups and spoons (thats a table spoon?, crap........noooooo way!)
Bought a little food chopper (I now do a few onions at a time and keep them in the fridge)

Zip lock baggies (I put all my left overs and cut veggies in them)

Actually that I am in the Kitchen

Mrs Dash (the sodium in EVERYTHING is crazy, crazy, crazy!!!!!!!) I use Mrs Dash now for everything and they have over 10 different flavors.

Fish, I am lucky to live in the Keys so I have fresh fish available all the time (I cook fish at least once a week, try cod or talipia, ....padded with Mrs Dash Southwest Chipotle, tbls of olive oil and fry) Awesome!!!! Low cals, low sodium

New tile floors! Haha...seriously, there are new tile floors...but the bigger change would be that I actually USE all of the produce we buy as opposed to before when I had the best intentions but would give in to time pressure and go out to eat thus throwing away all of the produce that went bad.

Just LOTS more STUFF! Measuring devices of all shapes and sizes, large containers of almonds & protein powder, bags of chia seeds....not to mention the blender, scale, spatulas....and every piece of extra stuff is worth it's weight in gold.

my kitchen is more colorful... with alot of different veggies and salads. I have a TON of salad dressings, not just Ranch and Thousand Island (in fact, I dont have any thousand island LOL) I thought I needed a bread box, but I don't, I don't eat bread (no flaming please) So instead of a white based kitchen (processed foods) my kitchen now has color!

    we use the kitchen

Oh! and we put a cable outlet in there so we can watch the game (whatever is on)

i treated myself to a new digital scale, other than that, the biggest change in the kitchen is the grocery bill! 4 of us eating healthier has gotten expensive!

An almost nonexistent amount of junk food. We always had/have healthy food. But now it's not buried under boxes of SUGARSUGARSUGAR.

Biggest change has to be the absence of soda. There was always a few of them in the pantry. Now I have half a shelf of extra space!

I bought a food scale and a second set of measuring spoons/cups. I use most of my utensils now. I've always been a kitchen gadget junkie, but I just let them sit. Now they are all used. The blender/food processor that sat on a shelf for years literally is being used every morning (for green smoothies) and every evening (for slicing/dicing fresh veggies). I used my slow cooker for a week in a row, preplanning dinner and cooking it the night before. I use a lot more tupperware now too because I limit myself to eating out only once per week for lunch (if that) and weekends.

I can't keep almond milk, yogurt, spinach or peanut butter. We use them up very quickly.

My mom got me a nice set of Betty Crocker measuring spoons and cups in different sizes since I love to bake. I now use them for everything, ESPECIALLY coffee creamer and ingredients for smoothies. I also bought myself a food scale a couple of months ago. Last but not least, TONS of spices in the pantry, since we've been making homemade soups and stews like crazy lately.

No more juice concentrate and strawberry milk mix. I think one of my biggest problems was that I was drinking so many calories. Now it's iced water and almond milk :)
