I know where to measure on my hips, my neck, bust and arms, but I do not know where to measure on my waist or my thighs in order to get a consistent and accurate measurement. Please help.

I think it all depends. I do my measurements on my waist where I am thinnest, and then across my stomach where I am fattest (to put it bluntly). As for my thighs, I do it up where my thighs meet, as that is, again, where I am fattest, and is the area I am most interested to see if I can see a change happening.0

The important thing really is to be consistent in where you measure.0 -
