about 4 months ago I caught sight if myself in a picture and honestly thought right thats it. NO MORE. I weighed in at well over 17 and a half stone. I started watching what I eat then a few weeks later I discovered MFP and I havent looked back. It is the best app I have EVER gotten on my Iphone. At my heaviest about 10 yrs ago I was 26 stone and a 46 inch waist. I managed to get down to 12 1/2 stone which I did through Atkins. Once I started eating carbs again it all went straight back on. Im determind that its coming off and staying off so this time I have done it properly. No fad diets, just healthy eating and alot of exercise.
this is me over 17 and 1/2 stone. XXL and a 40 inch waist.

this is me now at 15 stone 3lbs ish and 36 inch waist.. I have lost more fat then it apears as ive built muscle also.

I have another stone and a half but i will get there.
